In order to login or complete a submission, you must have Javascript enabled in your browser. To do this: In Internet Explorer 6, go to the "Tools" menu, select "Internet Options", and then select the "Security" tab. Click the "Custom Level" button and then scroll down to the "Scripting" section near the bottom. Make sure that "Enable" is selected under "Active scripting". In Netscape 4, go to the "Edit" menu and select "Preferences". Under "Category" on the left, select "Advanced". Make sure the "Enable JavaScript" box is checked on the right. In Netscape 7, go to the "Edit" menu and select "Preferences". Expand the "Advanced" menu on the left, and then select "Scripts & Plugins". Under "Enable JavaScript for" on the right, make sure that the "Navigator" box is checked. In Internet Explorer 4, Netscape 6, or other browsers, please consult your browser's Help section for information about enabling Javascript.
