Biographical Sketch:

Patrick Paul Walsh received a Ph.D. from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 1993. He is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Economics and College Fellow. He was a visiting Professor at the Department of Economics, K.U. Leuven between Oct.1997-1999 and a Visiting Scholar, Economics Department, Harvard University between Sept 2002-2003. His professional activities include being a committee member of EARIE, Associate Editor of The Economic and Social Review, Editorial Board Economic Systems, Research Fellow, LICOS, Centre for Transition Economics, K.U. Leuven, Research Fellow, IZA, Bonn. His current research focus is on Market Structure and Dynamics, Seasonal Pricing, Industrial Development and Interaction of Production and Labour Markets.
