I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, followed by a Master's and PhD in Human Resource Management. My teaching and research interests focus on human resource development, talent management, organizational culture, sustainable employment, and labor markets in the context of digital transformation. In addition to academic and research activities in Vietnam, I have participated in and presented at various international conferences, which has enabled me to expand academic collaboration and keep pace with global research trends. I strive to contribute to enhancing education quality, advancing research, and fostering the development of human resource management in Vietnam.   Primary Research Focus: Human resource development, talent management, sustainable jobs, and digital economy.   JEL Areas: A1 : General Economics: General.
