He is now an assistant professor in the Department of International Business, Shih Chien University, Taiwan. Dr. Chung earned a Ph. D in Economics from National Chengchi University. Dr. Chung's disciplinary background is in the fields of International Finance, International Trade, Macroeconomics, and Financial Market.
