Sergio Scicchitano Italian Ministry of Economic Development   Rome, Rome 00187 Italy   sergio.scicchitano@tesoro.it     Biographical Sketch: Sergio Scicchitano is Teaching Fellow at the Queen Mary University of London – School of Economics and Finance. He serves as Senior Economist at the Department for Development and Cohesion Policies of the Italian Ministry of Economic Development, where he currently manages negotiated and Institutional relationships with European Commission. He was Adjunct Professor of “Economics” at the University “La Sapienza” of Rome and Adjunct Professor of “Italian Economics” and “Economic Policy for Development” at the Calabria University. He undertakes occasionally consultancy and research activity for London School of Economics (LSE), Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), European Investment Bank (EIB). He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University “La Sapienza” of Rome. He was post-graduate visiting at the Department of Economics of Essex University (UK).
