Biographical Sketch:

Annalisa Vinella was born in 1975 in Italy. She graduated in Economics and Trade at the University of Bari, from which she also received her first Ph.D. in Economics after a visiting experience at the University of York. She further obtained the Diploma in Microeconomics of Institutions, the M.Sc. Degree in Transport and Network Industrial Economics, the European Diploma (M.Phil.) in Advanced Quantitative Economics and her second Ph.D. in Economics from Toulouse School of Economics. She was enrolled in the post-doctoral programme offered by the European University Institute as a Jean Monnet Fellow at the Florence School of Regulation. At present, she is Assistant Professor of Public Economics at the University of Bari. In 2015, she will act as a Jemolo Fellow at Nuffield College, Oxford University.
