Visiting professor at: University of California at Davis 1980-81; UC Santa Barbara 1985-86; UC Berkeley Law School 1991-92; University of Washington (Seattle) 1998-99. Author of Economics of Zoning Laws (Hopkins 1985); Regulatory Takings (Harvard 1995); The Homevoter Hypothesis (Harvard 2001). |
