Ground transportation   The best two ways to get in from the airport are the Gray Line Airport Express and Taxis.  It should take less than half an hour to arrive at your hotel, depending on traffic.  You can also rent a car, but you will not need one during the conference itself as everything is within easy walking distance.   Gray Line Airport Express Rates: $12 One Way $18 Roundtrip The Gray Line Airport Express services the downtown and west end hotels of Nashville from the  Nashville International Airport.    Service begins at 5:00 am and runs until 11:00 pm. We depart every 15-20 minutes from the airport and every 30 minutes from most hotels.  Reservations are not required for the service from the Airport.  Special rates are available for groups and conventions.
