Korczyk, principal of Analytical Services (established in 1988), is a self-employed consultant specializing in economic, statistical, and legislative analysis of employee compensation and benefits, with special attention to pensions, health care; and government budget policies in the U.S. and overseas. She has published extensively; is a frequent speaker on compensation, benefits, and insurance issues; and has served as a consultant and expert witness in court cases dealing with employee benefits and compensation. Her clients include federal government and international agencies, business associations, and Fortune 500 corporations.
