Instructions for Authors



Submitting a Revision


To submit a revision of a paper, click on the &ldquo Submit a Revision&rdquo link on the journal&rsquo s. Homepage. You will be asked for the paper number your user name (email address) and your password. It is import that you use the same email address that you used to submit the paper. Otherwise, the system will not recognize you. If you have forgotten your password, you can request it at the login page. Once you login, you will be given a chance to upload the following:

    1. A PDF of your revision (please follow the same formatting conventions as for your original submission)
    2. An optional cover letter to the editor in charge of your paper explaining your revisions.
    3. An optional response to any associate or reviewing editors who provided reports on your manuscript.
    4. An optional response to any referees who provided reports this round on your manuscript.




General Publication Terms and Conditions




JPET will consider only original papers for publication. Submission of a manuscript is taken to imply that to the best of the author's knowledge, the manuscript is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, that the same work has not been already been published, and that all of the authors as well as the institutions at which the work was carried out approve of its submission. While the manuscript is under editorial review, it is the responsibility of the authors to keep the Editors informed about submissions, publication plans, and publication of related research (or abstracts thereof) in other outlets, including letters journals, journals in other disciplines, collections of articles, and published dissertations. It is understood that submission of the paper for publication has been approved by all of the authors and by the institution where the work was carried out. Articles and any other materials published in this Journal represent the opinions of the author(s) and should not be construed to reflect the opinion of the editorial board of JPET or of anyone associated with AccessEcon LLC or Wiley.
